Renue Physical Therapy is seeking candidates for the role of a Patient Service Specialist in the Tri-City area. The ideal candidate will fit in to our close-knit office of hardworking, enthusiastic employees who are committed to serving our patients with exceptional customer service and hospitality at all times.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic medical and insurance terminology is essential.
• General knowledge of spreadsheets, word processing, email, internet and electronic medical records software

Job Duties:

• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Assists patients, medical offices, corporate office and other business associates by phone, in person, and or electronically
• Assist patients in completing insurance and privacy forms
• Collect copays, coinsurances and deductibles
