Our program, initiated in 2021, has welcomed students from a variety of academic backgrounds, including mechanical and manufacturing engineering, industrial design, operations management, and more. As a participant in our program, you'll have the opportunity to apply classroom learning to real-world projects, collaborate with seasoned professionals, develop new skills, and contribute to the success of our dynamic team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with experienced professionals on a variety of projects.
  • Gain exposure to diverse aspects of our business and industry.
  • Participate in hands-on activities to further develop your skills.
  • Contribute fresh perspectives and innovative ideas.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a college or high school program with a focus on a relevant field (ex. engineering, manufacturing, design, etc.)
  • Strong academic record and a passion for learning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to take on challenges and learn from experiences.
