We operate a marketplace where 230+ such professionals from 85+ firms propose and negotiate billions of dollars’ worth of renewable energy transactions. We also provide a data resource to help these professionals make better decisions by providing a clear view of what to expect from the market.

 

The role

As a Transaction Advisor, your core responsibility will be to foster a vibrant community of buyers, sellers, and other renewable energy professionals. This role is for someone who thrives on building relationships, brokering transactions, and geeking-out with energy data. You will use these skills to help originators find offtake opportunities and fall in love with our platform. The opportunity for impact and personal growth is massive. You will initially report to Noam Yaffe, our CEO, where you will gain exposure to a cutting-edge startup. In this role, you will expand your rolodex dramatically and you will manage your own book of business.


Responsibilities

  • Onboard new customers once acquired and be their main point of contact
  • Regularly engage customers to keep them active on the platform
  • Ensure customers know how to get the most out of the platform
  • Proactively bring offtake opportunities to customers
  • Introduce new products and features to customers
  • Collaborate with our team to create compelling content and share it with customers
  • Provide concise feedback to our product team to help build better software
  • Go to conferences and have fun with customers


About you

  • Knowledge and experience with PPAs and structured commodity transactions
  • Previous role(s) as a power or REC originator, consultant, broker, or trader
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Confident in your ability to lead and cultivate excellent relationships
  • Polished written and verbal communicator
  • Excited to work at a software start-up
  • Customer-obsessed
  • Comfortable executing in fast-paced environments that may change frequently
  • Entrepreneurial problem solver with a positive attitude

Compensation
