RemoteRehab Physical Therapy is seeking a compassionate and motivated PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing rehab team at Windsor at Celebration in Celebration, FL. We provide high quality outpatient therapy services within an assisted living and memory care community, helping seniors improve independence, safety, and overall quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients within the assisted living and memory care setting at Windsor at Celebration
• Address ADLs, functional mobility, upper extremity function, cognition, safety awareness, and overall independence
• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on improving daily function and quality of life
• Complete accurate and timely documentation in WebPT
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff, caregivers, physicians, and the rehab team
• Provide compassionate, evidence based care while maintaining a positive and professional attitude

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Florida Occupational Therapist license required
• Passion for working with the geriatric population
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and team oriented
• Experience in assisted living, outpatient, skilled nursing, or geriatrics preferred but not required
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with the rehab team
