Job Overview:

Reliance Production Optimization is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional and efficient manner, providing excellent customer service, and assisting customers with their inquiries and concerns.

Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries

- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or resolve issues

- Provide information about products and services

- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions

- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times

- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics

- Meet or exceed performance goals and targets

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Proven experience in a customer service role or call center environment

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong problem-solving abilities

- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
