(Self Storage) Site Manager – Kitsap County

Location: Bainbridge Island

This is a part-time, on-site role with housing. You’ll manage the site independently during your scheduled hours and play a key role in supporting the business’s goal to deliver a stressless storage experience. You’ll also have the support of a dedicated and friendly team behind you.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee and manage all day-to-day operations of the storage facility
• Greet and assist customers, provide storage consultations, and close rental agreements
• Conduct leasing operations including data entry and lease paperwork
• Collect rent, issue late notices, and make follow-up calls on past-due accounts
• Monitor and manage facility security systems (gates, locks, cameras, etc.)
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and report maintenance issues
• Manage on-site remote deposits and maintain financial accuracy
• Perform local marketing outreach and support promotional efforts
• Monitor rental rates and adjust price changes for the site
• Maintain customer files and site documentation
• Collaborate with the Operations Team, Customer Service Managers and fellow Site Managers

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong customer service and sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and well-organized with the ability to multitask
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Outlook, and SiteLink (POS software)
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• Must live on-site in a company-provided apartment
• Valid Washington State driver's license
• Ability to occasionally drive a 15’ moving truck
• Physically able to lift up to 20 lbs and stamina to walk the property for inspection

Job Type: Part-time

Schedule: Monday-Saturday every other week
