Part-Time Property Manager helps care for and maintain our self-storage facilities across Kitsap County. This is a hands-on role that involves light maintenance to ensure the sites are safe, clean and beautiful for a great customer experience. You’ll work independently, but with the support of a dedicated and friendly team behind you.
Description
What You’ll Do:
- Keep storage sites clean, safe, and well-maintained
- Clean vacated units and prepare them for new customers
- Perform lock checks, routine site inspections using a tablet
- Submit maintenance requests and supervise vendors when needed
- Handle minor repairs (changing light bulbs, door fixes, landscaping touch-ups)
- Respond to occasional after-hours site needs (directed by your supervisor)
- Always maintain a professional and friendly presence
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year of experience in maintenance or property management preferred
- Strong self-starter who enjoys working independently
- Highly proficient with tech devices (tablets, mobile phone, mobile apps)
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance to drive company van
- Clean driving record
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift/carry up to 40 pounds
- Able to operate manual and power hand tools
