Job Description

Relentless Brands is looking for a dependable and motivated Warehouse & Production Associate to join our team in Brighton, Michigan. This position supports the day-to-day operation of our eCommerce business through order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, inventory management, and product production.

We are not looking for someone who already knows how to do everything. Previous warehouse or eCommerce experience is helpful, but we are more interested in finding someone who is reliable, willing to learn, and interested in growing with the company. We provide training on our equipment, software, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Process orders and prepare shipments using shipping software
• Receive incoming inventory and verify shipments
• Stock, organize, and maintain warehouse inventory
• Perform inventory counts and help maintain accurate inventory records
• Prepare products and materials for fulfillment and production
• Operate 3D printers used in product production after training
• Remove completed prints, start new print jobs, and perform basic quality checks
• Learn basic 3D printer troubleshooting and routine production procedures
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
• Assist with other warehouse, production, and eCommerce tasks as needed

• Able to meet the physical requirements of warehouse work
• Some weekend availability is required

Helpful, But Not Required

• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or order fulfillment experience
• Forklift experience
• Experience with ShipStation, Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or similar eCommerce and shipping platforms
• Previous 3D printing or production experience

Physical Requirements

This is an active warehouse position that requires regular standing, walking, bending, reaching, and handling of merchandise and packages throughout the workday. Employees must be able to safely lift and move products and packages as required for the position.
