Reisner Healing Center is seeking passionate, dedicated Licensed Clinicians (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) to join our growing private practice in the Antelope Valley. We are actively looking for clinicians to provide vital, in-person therapy services to a diverse local clientele, with the flexibility for virtual sessions dependent on need.   • Scheduling & Flexibility
  • We believe in supporting a healthy work-life balance through flexible scheduling options:
  • Company In Person Office Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM – 8:00PM Saturday 8am- 12pm. Remote Office Hours are flexible with more availability around your needs.
  • Develop your own weekly schedule and maintain availability during your scheduled work hours clinical sessions and minimal administrative duties.
  • Expanded Availability: We are open to evenings and have potential opportunities for weekend hours to accommodate your schedule and client needs
  • Please note that the initial start of employment may begin slowly as your client caseload is actively being built.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Client Care: Maintain a minimum of 10 client-facing clinical hours per week. Openly welcome and work with a wide variety of populations.
  • Timely Documentation: Complete clinical documentation efficiently via our EHR system (TherapyNotes):
  • Initial Assessments & Treatment Plans: Within 1 week.
  • Progress Notes & Discharges: Within 48 hours / 2 business days.
  • Case Coordination: Write advocacy/professional letters and collaborate openly with community partners to maintain continuity of care.
  • Collaboration: Actively participate in clinical teaming, supervision, case consultations, and staff meetings.
  • Communication: Stay engaged with company communication platforms (Email, Google Chat) to remain informed on practice policies, tools, and community events.
  • Compliance: Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and adhere to all legal and ethical standards set by the California BBS and your respective professional organization (CAMFT, NASW, CALPCC).
  • Job Requirements
  • Credentials: Must hold a valid registration or license number in good standing with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).
  • Associates: Must be eligible to practice legally under supervision.
  • Technical Skills: Strong clinical documentation skills and comfort utilizing Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English)
  • Trained (or willing to be trained) in EMDR, Brainspotting, DBT, IFS
  • Compensation & Structure
  • Administrative Rate (All Clinicians): $20.00 / hour
  • $20.00/hour for required non-clinical work performed during scheduled work hours, including documentation, team meetings, trainings, care coordination, and other administrative responsibilities.
  • Licensed Clinician Rates (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)
  • Part-Time (1–19 clinical hours/week): $55.00 per clinical session
  • Part-Time (20-29 clinical hours/week): $60.00 per clinical session
  • Full-Time (30+ clinical hours/week): $65.00 per clinical session
  • Intake: $70 per clinical session
  • Bilingual differential (English/Spanish): $5 per clinical session.
  • Supervision
  • Paid Supervision: Clinicians are compensated at the administrative rate for supervision units (both group and individual), including the required units necessary to meet BBS requirements.
