We are currently seeking a highly motivated Talent Manager to partner with our team and network of Talent Representatives. Candidates must have an entrepreneurial mindset, deep relationships in the digital Talent ecosystem, stellar relationships with buyers, and a proven book of business. Must be creative, savvy, clever, and an experienced deal maker who knows how to maximize value for both the Talent and the buyer alike, and be able to balance a multitude of tasks in a fast-paced environment. Must also be astute in Talent management, contract negotiation, creative dealmaking, social media marketing, brand partnerships, endorsements, and general Creator Economy trends and ecosystem.
