Outpatient Mental Health Clinician
Regulate Yours is an outpatient mental health private practice focused on providing thoughtful, high-quality care while creating a work environment where clinicians feel supported, respected, and able to do their best work.
We offer therapy services to individuals, couples, and families through both in-person and telehealth sessions, working with a diverse client population across all ages and backgrounds. Our work centers on helping people navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and life transitions in a way that is both practical and meaningful.
What makes Regulate Yours different is the way the practice is structured.
We’ve built systems and workflows that reduce administrative burden and create consistency — from reliable client referrals to strong billing and operational support — so clinicians can focus on clinical work without feeling overwhelmed. At the same time, we prioritize flexibility, allowing clinicians to design their schedules while maintaining the consistency needed for quality care.
We value clear communication, accountability, and collaboration, and we aim to create a team environment where clinicians feel comfortable, supported, and part of something that is steadily growing.
At Regulate Yours, the goal is simple: to provide a space where both clients and clinicians can feel supported and continue to grow.
