We are seeking a passionate Kitchen Manager to help bring our Pizzeria to the next level! The Kitchen Manager will be responsible, but not limited to, all operations of the kitchen on a daily basis.

You will:

• Oversee menu management, pricing, ordering, etc… 
• Ensure that food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant's recipes, portioning, cooking and serving standards
• Friendly and helpful; Eager to learn and adapt

Skills/Qualifications:

• 2-3 years’ experience and or similar environment
• Dedication to excellent food quality and ensuring compliance with all health and safety, and safe food handling practices
• Passion for food and hospitality
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a MAJOR plus
• Experience with Google Drive is plus
• Active Food Handlers Card / Active ServSafe Management Food Safety Certificate
