Position Overview:

As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving business growth by establishing and maintaining relationships with key partners in the real estate and property management industries. Your primary responsibilities will involve visiting apartment complexes, networking with leasing agents, attending industry events, and connecting with realtors to generate leads and referrals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apartment Outreach:
  • Visit apartment complexes and introduce Regal Moving Services to leasing agents and property managers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships to generate referrals and moving service recommendations.
  • Provide promotional materials and educate leasing staff on our services.
  • Networking & Community Engagement:
  • Attend industry-related networking events, trade shows, and local business gatherings.
  • Represent Regal Moving Services professionally to establish new partnerships and business opportunities.
  • Stay up to date on local industry trends and community developments.
  • Real Estate Partnership Development:
  • Visit real estate offices to connect with realtors, brokers, and property managers.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with real estate professionals to generate moving referrals for their clients.
  • Present our services and provide promotional materials to encourage long-term collaboration.
  • Lead Generation & Sales Growth:
  • Identify new business opportunities and establish partnerships to drive revenue growth.
  • Track interactions with potential partners and maintain a pipeline of prospects.
  • Follow up with contacts to nurture relationships and close business opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer relations (preferred but not required).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with professionals in the real estate and property management industries.
