Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership & Team Management
- Oversee daily studio operations, ensuring a seamless and exceptional client experience.
- Manage client experience team and cleaning crew.
- Create class schedules, manage instructor availability, and optimize studio resources.
- Monitor and maintain studio equipment, coordinating repairs and maintenance as needed.
- Oversee facilities including cleanliness of studio, supplies, inventory, and studio improvement projects.
Client Experience & Community Engagement
- Cultivate a welcoming and supportive studio environment where every client feels valued.
- Address client inquiries and concerns with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency.
- Lead studio tours and consultations for prospective clients, showcasing the Reforming Foundations difference.
- Organize and promote studio events, workshops, and community initiatives to build engagement.
- Own social media presence for location, ensuring presence is seen in the community.
- Build strong partnerships with local businesses and community organizations to drive referrals and new client acquisition.
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Drive membership sales through effective lead management, studio tours, and client consultations.
- Implement strategies to increase client retention, including personalized follow-up and special member perks.
- Develop and execute promotions, referral programs, and upsell opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as membership growth, client satisfaction, and retail sales.
Administrative & Financial Management
- Manage studio budget, expenses, and inventory effectively.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting on studio performance metrics.
- Maintain compliance with all Reforming Foundations policies and procedures.
- Oversee staff payroll, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

Preferred Experience
- 2 years in studio management, fitness, or hospitality
- Experience with Pilates instruction or practice is a plus.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and CRM systems, Google Suite, Social Media, Slack, etc.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
