Job Overview:
We’re seeking a reliable, experienced, and detail-oriented Lead Foreman to manage day-to-day operations on high-end residential job sites. This role is responsible for executing project plans, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring quality control, and keeping timelines on track. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise on-site construction and manage subcontractors and laborers
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within scope
- Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and quality control
- Manage materials, tools, and job site cleanliness
- Troubleshoot issues and adjust work plans as needed
- Communicate daily progress and site updates clearly to the team
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in residential construction (high-end/lake homes a plus)
- 2+ years in a leadership or foreman role
- Strong understanding of construction methods, codes, and best practices
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans
- Comfortable using project management tools and mobile apps
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
