Job Overview:

We’re seeking a reliable, experienced, and detail-oriented Lead Foreman to manage day-to-day operations on high-end residential job sites. This role is responsible for executing project plans, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring quality control, and keeping timelines on track. The ideal candidate has a strong background in residential construction, thrives in a leadership role, and shares our commitment to excellence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise on-site construction and manage subcontractors and laborers
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within scope
  • Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and quality control
  • Manage materials, tools, and job site cleanliness
  • Troubleshoot issues and adjust work plans as needed
  • Communicate daily progress and site updates clearly to the team


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in residential construction (high-end/lake homes a plus)
  • 2+ years in a leadership or foreman role
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, codes, and best practices
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans
  • Comfortable using project management tools and mobile apps
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
