Position Summary

We’re looking for a hands-on Construction Intern who’s eager to learn the ropes on active residential job sites. This role is ideal for someone pursuing a career in construction who wants to gain real-world field experience—not just sit in an office. You’ll work closely with our crew members and trades to support daily operations, maintain job site organization, and contribute to building quality homes.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with daily job site operations, including material handling and site organization
• Observe and support framing, finish work, and other phases of home construction
• Help maintain safety and cleanliness standards on-site
• Learn how to read construction drawings and apply them on-site
• Document progress and take job site photos for internal records

Who You Are

• A student or recent grad in Construction Management, Trades, Architecture, or related field
• Hands-on, reliable, and willing to do physical work in a construction environment
• Interested in building systems, construction sequencing, and learning by doing
• Able to follow safety procedures and take direction from supervisors
• Punctual, respectful, and ready to work outdoors in changing conditions
• Owns (or is willing to acquire) basic PPE (work boots, hard hat, etc.)
