Job Overview:

As a Construction Crew Member at Refine Homes, you’ll be part of a team that builds custom homes and completes high-quality residential remodels. You’ll assist with various tasks including framing, demo, finish carpentry, and general site preparation, ensuring each project is executed with craftsmanship and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with construction and remodeling tasks on residential job sites
• Perform site prep, demolition, framing, and finish work as directed
• Operate tools and equipment safely and effectively
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Work collaboratively with crew members and follow foreman direction

Qualifications:

• Prior construction or carpentry experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
• Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
