We are looking for a Senior Financial Advisor (7+ years of experience) to serve as a Lead Relationship Manager supporting new and existing client relationships.

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Financial Advisor to serve as a Lead Relationship Manager supporting new and existing client relationships. You do not need to bring a book of business. We provide the leads and the marketing infrastructure. Your job is to lead the planning process, manage high-touch client relationships, and mentor associate advisors as we scale.

Qualifications

  • Credentials: Active CFP® designation required.
  • Experience: 7+ years in a client-facing wealth management role.
  • Knowledge: Deep experience with at least one of our niches: highly comped tech employees (RSU/ISO/NSO), complex small business planning, or high-touch retirement distribution strategies.
  • Exceptional Communication: Clients trust you because you care and you listen. They leave meetings understanding their goals and finances better.
  • Location: Must be local to the San Jose/South Bay area (<40 miles) to support our hybrid model.
