What You’ll Do
Solution Strategy & Client Engagement
- Lead technical discovery to understand client risk, requirements, and desired outcomes
- Own technical deal strategy, solution positioning, and qualification
- Partner with Sales to support opportunities from discovery through close
- Present solutions to both technical and executive stakeholders
Solution Design & Architecture
- Design and architect cybersecurity solutions across:
- MDR / SIEM / Security Operations
- Identity and access management
- Advisory and risk services
- Security assessments and testing
- Ensure solutions are scalable, practical, and aligned with delivery capabilities
Pre-Sales Execution
- Deliver technical presentations, workshops, and solution demos
- Support proof-of-concepts (POCs) when needed
- Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and technical inquiries
Proposal & SOW Development
- Develop and validate Statements of Work (SOWs)
- Ensure scope accuracy and alignment with customer requirements and delivery teams
Growth & Collaboration
- Identify opportunities to expand and cross-sell services
- Enable Sales teams with solution positioning and differentiation
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve go-to-market approaches
What We’re Looking For
Required
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity consulting, pre-sales, or services delivery
- Experience with one or more of the following:
- MDR / SIEM / security operations
- Identity and access management
- Advisory, risk, or assessment services
- Strong understanding of risk management and modern security architecture
- Experience supporting client-facing engagements and sales cycles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to translate technical solutions into business value
Preferred
- Industry certifications such as CISSP or equivalent
- Experience working with enterprise clients and technical decision-makers
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, NIST, ISO)
- Hands-on familiarity with security tools and platforms
- Active participation in cybersecurity communities or events
Work Environment
- Remote-first role with a distributed team
- Occasional travel may be required for client engagements or events
