Description

Responsibilities

  • Set meetings and demos with potential new clients.
  • Communicate the RedLegg story and offerings.
  • Qualify customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential new customers.
  • Socialize as appropriate.
  • Listen to customers and ask questions.
  • Effectively translate customer requirements into security services solutions.
  • Understand and apply vendor solutions that address technical requirements.
  • Provide trusted advisory services to customers by maintaining knowledge of the latest security technologies and industry trends.
  • Maintain certifications with top partners.


Requirements

  • Located within 40 miles of Chicago, IL. (Able to work from a coworking space 1 to 3 times a week in St. Charles IL)
  • Have reliable transportation.
  • Willing and able to commute once a week as needed.
  • Attend RedLegg University Training Program.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills (phone and email).
  • Self-managed and team oriented.
  • Strong work ethic, problem resolution, judgment, and decision-making skills.
  • Deadline and detail oriented.
  • Make cold calls.
  • Good note taker.
