RedLegg is hiring a Channel Manager to build and grow our Western U.S. partner ecosystem. This role owns regional VAR, TSD, MSSP, and reseller relationships—from partner recruitment through enablement and co-selling. You’ll be the primary point of contact for West Coast partners, responsible for driving partner‑sourced and partner‑influenced pipeline while helping shape how RedLegg shows up within the channel.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and execute the channel strategy for the Western U.S.
  • Recruit, onboard, and activate regional and national VAR, TSD, and MSSP partners
  • Serve as the primary RedLegg contact for partner sellers and leadership
  • Enable partner sales teams through training, deal support, and joint planning
  • Support partner‑led customer meetings, presentations, and follow‑ups
  • Collaborate on co‑marketing campaigns, events, and GTM initiatives
  • Manage partner pipeline, forecasting, and reporting
  • Provide field feedback to improve channel programs and partner experience
  • Travel regionally for partner and customer engagements

What We’re Looking For

Required


  • 3–5+ years in channel, partner, VAR, TSD, or MSSP‑related roles
  • Experience working with reseller- and TSD‑led partner sales motions
  • Understanding of managed security services (MDR, SOC, IR, compliance)
  • Strong relationship‑building and partner enablement skills
  • Ability to operate autonomously while collaborating cross‑functionally

Preferred


  • Experience with national partners (e.g., CDW, SHI), leading TSDs, or strong regional VARs
  • Prior responsibility for partner recruiting or territory ownership
  • Familiarity with deal registration and co‑selling models

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $90,000 – $120,000
  • Variable Compensation: Partner‑sourced and performance‑based incentives
