Overview

Redicare helps organizations standardize and manage workplace first aid programs across multiple locations. For over 35 years, we’ve supported thousands of clients with recurring service programs that combine planning, supplies, training, and compliance-focused readiness.

We’re hiring a full-time Videographer / Content Producer to lead video production and support facility scanning across the business. This role will create engaging visual content for marketing, training, customer education, internal communication, testimonials, social media, and more.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can plan, shoot, edit, organize, and deliver strong visual content with a polished, professional look.

The Role

You will capture and produce content at our head office in Congers, NY, at customer sites, and at partner locations. This may include interviews, customer testimonials, product and service footage, training content, employee features, event content, social media assets, facility scans, and other marketing or planning materials.

This role will also support capturing entire customer facilities using a 360° LiDAR scan camera, such as Matterport. Experience with Matterport or similar platforms is desirable, but not required.

This is not a desk-only production role. The work may involve long days on your feet, walking large facilities, carrying equipment, setting up shots, scanning active work environments, and occasionally covering significant ground in a single day.

What You’ll Do

·        Lead video production for Redicare’s marketing, training, and communication needs

·        Plan, shoot, and edit video content for web, social, sales, training, and internal use

·        Capture testimonials from customers, partners, users, and team members

·        Film product, service, event, and workplace footage in real customer environments

·        Support facility scanning using Matterport or similar 360° LiDAR scanning equipment

·        Create short-form and long-form video assets for multiple platforms

·        Set up and manage cameras, lighting, audio, scanning equipment, and related production tools

·        Edit content with clean pacing, sound, graphics, captions, and brand consistency

·        Build and maintain organized libraries of footage, photos, b-roll, scans, exports, and project files

·        Work closely with the Vice President of Marketing and Senior Marketing Manager to develop concepts and content plans

·        Learn Redicare’s solutions well enough to support consultative conversations with customers and management when needed

·        Note relevant site observations during facility visits, such as potential safety needs, risks, or equipment considerations

·        Bring creative ideas to help improve Redicare’s visual storytelling

Travel & Physical Requirements

This role is based in our Congers, NY, head office when not traveling or visiting customer sites.

The role will require:

·        Ability to travel overnight as business needs require

·        Ability to take driving day trips to customer and partner sites

·        Active driver’s license

·        Successful motor vehicle records check

·        Successful background check

·        Comfort filming and scanning in active workplace, warehouse, office, industrial, aviation, and service environments

·        Ability to stand, walk, carry equipment, and remain active for extended periods during shoots and facility scans

·        Flexibility to support occasional off-site shoots, events, customer testimonials, and facility scanning projects

All approved business travel, outside of the general commute to Redicare’s Head office, will be covered by the company.

Hardware & Equipment

All required hardware and equipment will be provided. Depending on business needs and experience, this role may have input into the equipment purchased and used, including cameras, lighting, audio, editing hardware, scanning tools, and related production equipment.

Desired Experience

·        Video production experience in a corporate, agency, freelance, or in-house environment

·        Strong editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar platforms

·        Experience filming interviews, testimonials, product footage, training content, or social media content

·        Understanding of lighting, audio capture, framing, and video storytelling

·        Strong portfolio or reel showing relevant video work

·        Photography experience is a plus

·        Drone experience is a plus

·        Experience with Matterport, 360° cameras, LiDAR scanning, floorplan exports, or digital twin capture is highly desirable, but not required

Compensation & Benefits

·        Base Salary: $62,500

·        Discretionary Bonus: Up to 15% of salary, based on company performance
