We are looking for a high-performing Systems & Platform Manager who wants more than a typical IT or support role.

You will report directly to the Director of Revenue & Operations
This Role Is NOT
- a traditional helpdesk role
- a narrow software developer role
- a corporate bureaucracy position
- a “sit and wait for tickets” environment
We are looking for someone who likes ownership, initiative, and figuring things out.
What You’ll Do
- Own and support critical internal and customer-facing business platforms
- Improve workflows, automation, reporting, and operational processes
- Coordinate with third-party software vendors, developers, and technology partners
- Help evolve and improve customer-facing portal experiences and usability
- Assist with integrations between operational systems and external platforms
- Support platform configuration, user permissions, workflows, forms, and reporting
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve scalability
- Work with leadership to translate business needs into technology solutions
- Support operational data consistency across departments
- Assist with light internal IT coordination, onboarding, and troubleshooting as needed
- Document processes and recommend system improvements

Helpful Experience (Not Required)
Experience in areas such as:
- ERP or CRM systems
- workflow automation
- APIs and integrations
- SaaS platforms
- low-code/no-code tools
- reporting and dashboards
- operational systems administration
- business process improvement
- platform/vendor coordination
- scripting or light development

Compensation: $85,000 – $115,000 base salary plus performance-based bonus opportunity.
