Our Culture

Our mission at REDi is to enhance community care by empowering small and rural hospitals to unlock the full potential of their data. Through collaboration and tailored support, we help hospital staff drive sustained improvements in outcomes and create a lasting value for their communities.

We do our best work with people who keep their word, treat others with respect and kindness, embrace innovation, build trust-based relationships with rural hospitals over the long term, and care deeply about helping rural healthcare succeed.

Why This Role is Critical to Our Success

REDi works alongside independent rural hospitals to help them stay strong — financially, operationally, and for the long haul. We’re here to support sustainability, not quick fixes.

As we grow, our ability to deliver high-impact analytics depends on strong hands-on delivery leadership, consistent execution, and teams who understand real-world healthcare operations. The Senior Manager, Healthcare Analytics & Delivery, plays a critical role in leading day-to-day delivery across multiple client engagements, developing team members, and strengthening how REDi executes analytics services.

This role exists to: Lead hands-on delivery execution across multiple client engagements while developing team members, strengthening delivery consistency, and contributing to improvements in how REDi executes analytics services.

You’ll be responsible for: Owning the quality, timeliness, and impact of client deliverables; directing workstreams; guiding consultants and analysts; rolling up your sleeves and both creating and delivering analytics and ensuring REDi’s analytics outputs reflect healthcare realities.

This role is for a hands-on leader who takes ownership, exercises sound judgment, and is motivated by delivering real outcomes for rural hospitals — not just completing tasks.

The Impact You’ll Have

In this role, you will directly shape how REDi delivers analytics work for our clients and how our teams grow in capability and confidence.

Key impact areas:

  • Ensure client deliverables are accurate, timely, and aligned with engagement goals
  • Strengthen client confidence in REDi delivery
  • Translate client needs into actionable analytics and recommendations

  • Develop consultants, analysts, and contractors through coaching and guidance
  • Support measurable improvement or decision support for client outcomes

Success in this role requires accountability, collaboration, and a commitment to delivering work that stands up to real-world healthcare realities.

The Work You Will Focus On

The primary areas of focus will be:

Client Engagement & Delivery Leadership

  • Lead the day-to-day execution of multiple client engagements or workstreams
  • Serve as a primary client contact for analytics delivery discussions
  • Ensure clarity of scope, timelines, and deliverables
  • Manage client expectations and escalate risks appropriately
  • Translate client needs into analytical and technical requirements and clear work plans

Applied Analytics & Insight Development

  • Guide and actively develop analytic tools, analytical insights and recommendations

Healthcare Analytics Delivery Fluency

  • Ensure teams correctly interpret healthcare terminology, workflows, and data structures
  • Validate that analytic conclusions align with reimbursement logic, charge structures, and rural facility constraints
  • Provide guidance on healthcare data sources and structures to ensure analytic outputs reflect real-world clinical, operational, and financial realities

People Leadership & Team Development

  • Direct the work of employees and contractors
  • Provide performance feedback, coaching, and capability development
  • Participate in hiring decisions for analysts, contractors, and delivery team members
  • Provide performance evaluations and development guidance

  • Strengthen delivery repeatability through standards, documentation, and templates
  • Identify and resolve recurring delivery issues in the clients you serve and contribute to company-wide solutions
  • Contribute to internal enablement through training and best practice

How Work is Done

Senior Managers operate as highly autonomous working leaders, personally contributing to complex analytics delivery while leading engagements and guiding teams through execution. You will be trusted to make day-to-day delivery decisions and escalate strategic risks when appropriate.

Expectations for how work is performed:

  • Operate as a hands-on delivery leader, not just a coordinator
  • Independently lead client-facing delivery within defined areas of expertise
  • Exercise sound judgment in prioritization and resourcing
  • Maintain scope discipline and escalate risks appropriately
  • Balance delivery execution with people leadership responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with Directors and senior leadership
  • Build strong working relationships internally and with client stakeholders

Experience That Will Help You Be Successful

We’re looking for someone with experience and judgment to lead client-facing analytics delivery and develop teams in real-world healthcare environments.

Experience and capabilities that will help you succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Typically, 7–12 years of progressive experience in healthcare analytics, consulting, or delivery leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to lead client-facing delivery and drive outcomes through teams
  • Experience managing employees and contractors
  • Strong healthcare fluency, including EHR and billing environments, reimbursement concepts, and rural healthcare realities
  • Ability to apply healthcare fluency to analytics delivery and client outcomes
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience improving delivery repeatability, quality, or scalability

Final Word

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants to make a tangible impact — for clients, for teams, and for rural hospitals. If you’re motivated by delivering real outcomes, developing people, and building delivery capability that scales, we’d love to talk.
