The Healthcare Data Engineer (HDE3) strengthens REDi’s analytics delivery by ensuring pipelines and datasets are accurate, scalable, and trusted. This role addresses moderately complex technical challenges with minimal oversight and contributes to repeatable practices and standards that enhance delivery across multiple engagements. By producing high-quality, reliable data, HDE3 contributors enable analysts and consultants to focus on insights and strategic recommendations with confidence.
