Location: Fully Remote

This position offers the flexibility of working from anywhere, with no requirement for on-site or field work. Initial training will require candidate to be present at our facility in Austin, TX.


Job Summary

As the Corporate Gifting & Partnerships Lead, you will spearhead our corporate sales and partnerships division, owning the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure and ongoing client management. This autonomous role is ideal for a self-motivated professional with a passion for building lasting B2B relationships in the corporate gifting sector. You'll drive revenue growth by creating tailored gifting programs for corporate clients, including hospitality, agencies, universities, and other institutions, while ensuring seamless execution and documentation in our CRM system.


$65,000 Base Salary + zero cap commission. OTE $135,000+ per year.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold outreach and prospecting to generate qualified leads through channels like phone, email, LinkedIn, and networking events.
  • Identify and research target companies, engaging decision-makers such as executive assistants, HR, marketing, procurement, and senior stakeholders.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients, turning initial projects into repeat business and strategic partnerships.
  • Develop customized proposals, quotations, and curated gifting programs that align with client needs, negotiating terms and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Manage the entire sales journey, including qualifying leads, scheduling meetings, presenting solutions, and providing post-sale follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and drive referrals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., operations, marketing, and manufacturing) for flawless order execution, from customization to delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities, pipelines, opportunities, and growth metrics in our CRM system.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving client needs in corporate gifting to refine strategies and messaging.
  • Represent Redi at virtual or occasional in-person client meetings, trade shows, or events.


Qualifications and Requirements

  • 3-8+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships, with a proven track record of managing the full sales cycle in a relationship-driven environment.
  • Ideally, prior experience in corporate gifting, promotional products, or related FMCG sectors; familiarity with luxury or design-led brands is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade busy professionals at all levels.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-starting, with excellent time management to handle an autonomous role.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce or similar) for tracking leads, deals, and client interactions.
  • Comfortable with outbound sales techniques, including high-volume outreach and personalized messaging.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US (or relevant location if international).


Preferred Skills

  • Passion for design, culture, and creating meaningful client experiences through gifting.
  • Experience in client servicing, account management, and achieving sales quotas in a competitive market.
  • Creative critical thinking for customizing gift solutions and solving client challenges.
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation platforms, or sales analytics software.
