Our prep/ dishwasher position assists our head chef, supervisors, and owner directly in maintaining a clean kitchen, properly washing dishes, sorting soiled dishes, and prepping food as needed. Keeping a clean work environment and prepping food consistently is vital to our business.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with set up and stocking of kitchen under the guidance of Head Chef, Sous Chef, and General Manager
- Execute management and ownership’s concept and menu
- Wash, clean, and maintain kitchen cooking utensils and equipment
- Prepare basic recipes and demonstrate a willingness to learn high-level cooking and prepping skills
- Ensure kitchen operations meet and exceed all food safety and hygiene standards
Qualifications:
- Willingness to accept coaching, direction, and on-the-job training
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
