Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests in a warm, professional manner
• Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs using hotel software
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and provide pre-arrival support
• Process payments and verify credit transactions
• Maintain smooth front desk operations and lobby flow
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members

Schedule:

4-5 days per week with flexible scheduling and occasional additional hours
