Position Overview

The Social Media Manager will manage all social media accounts and assist in Email and SMS marketing campaigns. They will work within Red Aspen’s Sales team to develop initiatives that will drive revenue and increase engagement to better support our Brand Ambassadors and their customers. 


Duties and Responsibilities 

Social Media: 

  • Design and implement social media strategy for Facebook and Instagram with expansion into TikTok and YouTube
  • Work with Sales Team and/or independently to create compelling text, video, and graphics that align with product launches
  • Develop and monitor key metrics and adjust strategy as needed 
  • Set specific objectives and report on ROI
  • Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities
  • Develop relevant content topics to reach Red Aspen’s target customers 
  • Work cross-functionally with Creative, Sales, and Treehouse Support team to ensure brand consistency 

Email/SMS:

  • Collaborate with Sales Manager to design email and SMS cadence aligning with business objectives
  • Design and write copy for email campaigns while adhering to the brand voice
  • Conduct market research to better understand consumer behaviors
  • Create A/B scenarios to test email or SMS effectiveness 


Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience managing corporate social media platforms
  • 3+ years of experience with an email service provider
  • Ability to derive actionable insights from social media metrics and marketing data
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Creative writing skills while keeping the brand voice consistent 
  • Must have a love for tacos or sushi!
