Purpose                                                                                                                                             

This position will act as the nexus point between Product Development, Operations, Finance and external vendors to coordinate all forecasting, ordering and receiving for product launches and reorders.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for the entire lifecycle once products enter the purchase order cycle. 
  • Create and submit purchase orders ensuring product information and pricing is accurate
  • Act as a main point of contact for vendors once products enter ordering cycle
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate purchase order status all participants
  • Support product development team by managing projects, activities and organizing information. 
  • Work with Project Manager to assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
  • Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation, plans and reports


Qualifications 

  • 1 - 2 years of work experience as a Project Coordinator, Supply Chain Coordinator, or similar role
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Supply Chain, Logistics, or similar field
  • Excellent attention to detail, and project management skills
  • Creative problem-solving and holds a strategic and analytical mind
  • An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel 
  • Flexible schedule that allows communication across global time zones
