Purpose                                                                                                                                          

As the Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the company by providing administrative assistance to our four C-Suite executives. You would assist, coordinate, and manage the schedules, projects, and commitments of Red Aspen’s executive team. An ideal candidate is well-organized, self-motivated, and easily adaptable to the needs and goals of the company and executive team!  


Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Manage professional scheduling and calendar management, including email, agendas, and information dissemination to team members, for executive team
  • Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality for all decision-making regarding sensitive topics.  
  • Responsible for tracking, reporting, updating, and summarizing the progress of Red Aspen’s global objectives and key results (OKRs). 
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including hotel booking and transportation, for executives.
  • Document and summarize notes and action items during executive meetings.
  • Maintain Red Aspen’s Brand Ambassador communications through internal resources. 
  • Assist in various initiatives to recognize the accomplishments of our Brand Ambassadors. 
  • Assist with any philanthropic initiatives and events.
  • Execute special projects as assigned by the executive team and their corresponding departments.


Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
  • Experience in administrative support and assistance
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable with a level of autonomy and ability to take on challenges 
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Google Workspace applications

$20 - $22 per hour
