The Associate Therapist provides professional individual and group clinical therapy services to clients to maintain or restore highest level of functioning. The AMFT facilitates therapy groups during treatment program per the need of the company.

The Associate Therapist provides professional individual and group clinical therapy
services to clients to maintain or restore highest level of functioning. The AMFT
facilitates therapy groups during treatment program per the need of the company.
•Conduct initial assessment of all new clients; interviews and evaluates clients.
Conducts individual and group therapy.
•Identify potential factors that may interfere with obtaining maximum benefits
•Develops and implements client treatment plans, including the coordination of
referrals to outpatient services upon discharge, the recording of progress notes
and the provision of continuity of care.
•Participates in monitoring and evaluating the quality and appropriateness of

presenting symptoms and problems.
•Participates on interdisciplinary treatment team.
•Maintains records and makes written and oral reports concerning patient care,
counseling and therapeutic activities.
•Prepares reports and other documents concerning clients.
•Complies with company and department policies and procedures, quality
assurance, safety, environmental, infection control and complies with
requirements of accreditation and regulatory agencies.
•Attends and participates in staff development programs and administrative

•Minimum Education: Master’s Degree, AMFT, APCC or ACSW BBS License number
$30 - $40 per hour
