  • Maintain brand standards; design core collateral and digital assets (one-pagers, decks, event materials, swag)
  • Oversee and keep the website up to date; optimize content for usability and engagement

  • Collect and elevate stories from Member Cafés using a trauma-informed approach
  • Support media relations (messaging, press releases/advisories, media coordination with leadership)
  • Manage vendors/contractors as needed (printing, design, video) and maintain outreach-material inventory
  • Facilitate communication best-practice sharing across the Network; collaborating cross-departmentally including Monitoring and Development and Training and Development teams.

What You’ll Bring

  • Must live in Washington State.
  • 3+ years of relevant marketing/communications experience
  • Excellent writing and editing; ability to adapt messages for diverse audiences
  • Design capability for collateral and digital assets (Adobe/Canva or similar)
  • Analytics fluency (web/email/social) to measure results and improve strategy
  • Strong collaboration, organization, and comfort working remotely across time zones
  • Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
