The Delivery & Inventory Coordinator is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of Real Roar products, maintaining organized and up-to-date inventory, and supporting smooth daily operations. This role involves picking up and receiving bulk products, managing inventory placement, assisting with product prep alongside the team, and fostering positive customer interactions during pickups. Consistent communication and collaboration with team members is key to success in this position.

About the Role
Real Roar is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Delivery & Inventory Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring that our raw pet nutrition products are delivered on time and our inventory remains well-organized and properly stocked. You’ll support day-to-day operations, handle raw meats and bones, and work closely with team members to keep things running smoothly. This role includes occasional long delivery shifts that may exceed 8 hours and somewhere between 10-20hrs a week.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Delivery
- Deliver products to customers on Fridays and possible Wednesdays.
- Adhere to client delivery preferences and specific instructions
- Photograph completed deliveries for documentation and client reassurance
2. Inventory Management
- Pick up bulk product orders and transport them to the shop
- Receive, track, and organize inventory accurately
- Ensure the shop layout is tidy, efficient, and customer-friendly
3. Product Preparation Support
- Join team members every Wednesday for product prep tasks including:
- Separating, weighing, labeling, and packaging products
- Receiving and putting away deliveries
4. Customer & Shop Operations
- Oversee store pickups and handle cash transactions when needed
- Build relationships with walk-in clients and provide a welcoming experience
- Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are supported and completed efficiently
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Must be comfortable handling raw meats, organs, and bones
- Must be comfortable with occasional driving shifts that may exceed 8 hours
- Comfortable working in cold storage/freezer environments
- Availability on Wednesdays and Fridays
- Strong time management and punctuality

Salary
$16.5 - $17.5 per hour
