This is a 1099 Independent Outside Sales Representative position. Your commission and earning potential are 100% based upon your ability to effectively find leads, understand and place products based upon customer needs, collaborate with your partnered location to close sales, and provide continuing customer support and engagement.

What You'll Do:

• Become a community advocate for Ready Wireless Group, actively seeking opportunities to engage with local residents and build relationships.
• Identify and attend local community events, festivals, and gatherings to represent Ready Wireless Group.
• Proactively interact with the public in a friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic manner to promote our wireless products and services.
• Utilize strong public speaking skills to present information clearly and engagingly at various promotional events and community touchpoints.
• Make appointments for prospective customers to visit our stores for personalized consultations and sales.
• Collaborate effectively with the Ready Wireless Group team to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Generate leads to drive foot traffic and referrals to Ready Wireless Group retail locations through your community efforts.

What You'll Bring:

• Previous experience in customer service or direct sales is preferred, demonstrating an understanding of customer interaction and needs.
• Familiarity with event marketing, promotions, or conducting product demonstrations is a definite asset.
• Strong public speaking abilities with a natural talent for engaging and capturing the attention of diverse audiences.
