Department: Marketing
Reports To: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
Company: Ready Rebound
Location: Hybrid / Remote
Stage: Growth / Pre–Series A
About Ready Rebound
Ready Rebound provides expedited healthcare advocacy and navigation services for first responders and their families. We specialize in speed, insight, and outcomes: ensuring injured police, fire, EMS, and municipal employees receive the right care, at the right time, with fewer delays and better return-to-work results.
We now power this mission with our brand-new SaaS platform: a comprehensive software solution that enables our partner departments and organizations to track, manage, and oversee all member injuries—from initial report through triage, navigation, recovery milestones, return-to-work planning, and performance analytics. This centralized platform provides real-time visibility, streamlines coordination with our hands-on navigation team, delivers actionable insights to reduce costs (e.g., overtime, workers’ compensation claims, indemnity), and supports faster, better outcomes for active members, retirees, and families.
Ready Rebound is seeking a Marketing Operations & Digital Manager to strengthen the digital, analytics, and operational foundation of our growing Marketing team.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both executing marketing programs and using data to understand what is working. The Marketing Operations & Digital Manager will own our email marketing platform and campaigns, website performance and optimization, marketing analytics, and lead tracking and reporting.
This person will work closely with Marketing, Sales, and other cross-functional partners to improve how we capture, track, and measure marketing activity—from initial engagement through MQLs and pipeline. The ideal candidate is analytical, digitally savvy, highly organized, and comfortable rolling up their sleeves to get the work done.

· Curious, proactive mindset with an interest in continuously testing, learning, and improving.
· Salesforce experience, including lead-source tracking, campaign objects, and reporting.
· Experience selecting and implementing a new email marketing or marketing automation platform.
· Background in B2B, SaaS, healthcare services, or public sector marketing.
