About the Role

As a Senior Transformation Associate, Change Management, you will be an integral member of a cross-functional delivery team. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor focusing on the people side of transformational change. You’ll drive real business results for Clients by accelerating the adoption and sustained use of new products, tools, and processes through best-in-class change management solutions.


Responsibilities


  • Drive end-to-end change management efforts for key transformation projects, from initial planning and stakeholder analysis to implementation and evaluation.
  • Develop Change Strategies: Collaborate with senior leadership and project teams to develop comprehensive change management strategies aligned with project objectives and organizational goals.
  • Collect, analyze, and synthesize Client organizational data as input into impact assessments/action plans to mitigate risks and increase the speed of adoption, utilization, and delivery of the Transformation outcomes.
  • Design, build, and execute detailed best-practice Communication Plans, including a focus on audience, timing, sender, format, and key messages, to ensure the Portfolio, Program, and necessary individuals are informed about upcoming changes, understand the rationale behind them, and are equipped with the knowledge and resources to adapt.
  • Design, build, and execute detailed best-practice Sponsor Plans, focusing on key Sponsor activities and communication messages so that Sponsors are proactively prepared to provide the right type and level of Leadership and support to the Humans responsible for delivering the Transformation outcomes.
  • Design, build, and execute detailed best practice Training Plans, including a focus on Training topics needed, content owners, associated communications, session facilitators, expected results, and timelines to prepare and execute training so that the key impact groups and individuals are provided with the necessary knowledge and ability to deliver and sustain the Transformation outcomes successfully.
  • Design, build, and execute detailed best-practice Coaching Plans, including a focus on audience, timing, format, and associated communications for Coaching required to support key impact groups and individuals through the Change Curve.
  • Design, build, and execute detailed best-practice Resistance Management Plans, including a focus on audience, timing, format, and associated communications to proactively mitigate anticipated resistance.
  • Actively seek feedback from stakeholders and project teams to identify areas for improvement and refine Change Management approaches based on lessons learned.
  • Partner with and engage Firm and Client Leadership by providing visibility to the needs of the Humans that are responsible for making the Transformational Change successful and ensuring they are prepared with what they need to provide the right Leadership and support at the right time.
  • Execute plans strategically and intentionally by working closely with the project transformation office and key players, such as Transformation Associates and Client Delivery, to embed change efforts into the appropriate phases of our delivery methodology.
  • Drive mobilization across the program and the Client organization to prepare, equip, and support those impacted by change to ensure they see value in the transformation, understand how their roles are changing, and can perform their new roles successfully and sustainably.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the change management team, fostering their professional development and contributing to the overall success of the team.


Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.


Required Skills


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sport Psychology, Public Relations, Communications or Management Consulting specializing in Change Management, Strategy and Operations or Learning and Development
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of large-scale, long-term Technology Transformation project experience
  • Change Management certification highly desired (PROSCI, CCMP)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Proven experience in project management, including planning, execution, and evaluation of change initiatives
  • Ability to operate within Google Office, Microsoft Office 360, and other virtual tools as needed, and maintain the ability to work remotely

Pay range and compensation package


  • Base salary $90,000 - $110,000 annually
