Description:


You are a highly motivated, fast learning and clear communicator to oversee and manage Reach’s TikTok Shop clients. You are excited about diving into the TikTok ecosystem, from how to create viral content to Shop operations and affiliate management. You are comfortable partnering with senior ecommerce client stakeholders and operating in fast-paced environments. 


The ideal candidate is passionate about viral content, TikTok, and great at building client partnerships. 

 


Responsibilities:

  • Build long term partnerships  with clients and set realistic expectations
  • Primary POC for client relationship 
  • Cross-sell other agency services when it makes sense for the clients business needs
  • Set and meet timeline for client projects
  • Educate clients on TikTok Shop ecosystem and levers for success
  • Manage and assist a remote team of shop assistants for day to day activities and operations
  • Review shop assistants’ work and provide helpful feedback
  • Track KPIs and prepare reports on growth, engagement, and sales
  • Stay up-to-date on TikTok shopping features and trends to identify new opportunities 


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in organic content, DTC growth, ecommerce, or social commerce
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Analytics skills and data-driven mindset
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities
  • Existing knowledge of the TikTok platform and consumer behaviors on the platform
  • Willingness to learn fast


Salary

$70,000 - $120,000 per year
