As a Paid Social media buyer you are accountable to client performance and revenue attainment, through implementing growth frameworks, optimizing media spend, and working with cross-functional partners to create content & CRO flywheels.

About the Position

📎 You are a media buyer who wants to move fast, own performance, and become an expert at your craft.


You will be fully responsible for the success of the campaigns you run and the primary contact working with brands. You work well cross-functionally but are not afraid to roll your sleeves up and do the work. Most of all, you have strong analytical and communication skills, and are excited to become an expert in paid social advertising.


Responsibilities

  • Build and manage Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok campaigns for clients, incorporating AB test experimentation, forecasting, and customized creative assets
  • Set quarterly goals and objectives, while hitting KPIs
  • Analyze and optimize media spending around client needs, focusing on data-driven tactics
  • Lead relationships through weekly meetings, slack, etc. and build strong client partnerships
  • Possess strong communication skills and high emotional intelligence, including insight development and telling a story with data
  • Prepare reports showcasing ad performance and share insights on current and future tests
  • Stay ahead of the curve on new strategies, advertising channels, conversion rate optimization techniques, industry trends, and client issues


Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of related Paid Social media buying experience for eCommerce
  • Previous experience managing Facebook, Instagram, TikTok Ads
  • Ability to analyze raw data and formulate insights to shape client strategy, ability to tell insightful stories with supporting data
  • Passionate about helping clients and building brands
  • Excellent writing, grammar, and communication skills
  • Bias for action, hunger for learning and career development
  • Mindset of self-accountability, ability to problem-solve independently and come to the table with solutions
  • *Must be located in New York City
