The Wholesale Coordinator will support the wholesale sales team across major accounts and seasonal markets. This role is responsible for day-to-day account support, showroom management, order execution, sales reporting, and market preparation. Key Responsibilitie

Account Management & Client Suppor

  • Manage day-to-day communication with wholesale accounts, including assistant buyers, merchandise coordinators, and account teams
  • Respond to product information requests, imagery and copy needs, shipping updates, sample requests, and general account inquiries in a timely manner
  • Support account relationships by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client needs are met throughout the selling cycle
  • Assist with order management from placement through delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely execution
  • Assist with daily communication across our sales distributors and agents regarding product inquirie

sMarket & Showroom Managemen

  • Coordinate all showroom operations during seasonal markets, including appointment scheduling, showroom setup, sample organization, model coordination, and merchandising
  • Support sales appointments by dressing models, and maintaining a polished, brand-right showroom environment

  • Prepare go to market tools – on order assortments, historic selling analysis, sales tools such as fit guides, and other market presentations
  • Manage sample trafficking, in season requests through marketing/ sell shots

.Sales Operation

  • Maintain and update NuOrder, line sheets, and product information to ensure accuracy across all selling tools
  • Partner closely with Customer Service, Production, Merchandising, Planning, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of orders and deliveries
  • Monitor order entry, EDI, shipping status, and delivery schedules, proactively communicating updates to accounts and internal teams
  • Assist with off-price opportunities and inventory management initiatives as needed

.Visual Merchandising Suppor

  • Conduct store visits to key wholesale account doors to support visual merchandising standards and brand presentation
  • Assist with floor sets, product launches, and in-store merchandising initiatives
  • Facilitate product knowledge trainings and presentations for retail sales associates and account teams
  • Support the execution of special events and account meetings
  • Develop relationships with store manager

sReporting & Analysi

  • Support weekly, monthly, and seasonal sales reports, including ATS reporting, hindsight analyses, order recaps, and business reviews
  • Analyze sales performance for major accounts- inventory levels and sell-through trends to identify reorder/swap opportunities and risks
  • Assist in creating presentations, sales decks, and other materials used for internal meetings and client presentations

Qualificatio

  • Bachelor's degree preferre
  • 1–3 years of experience in wholesale sales, fashion merchandising, showroom operations, or a related fiel
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmen
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; NuOrder experience preferre
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilitie
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to take initiativ
  • Ability to travel for markets, store visits, and special events as neede


Salary

$28 - $30 per hour
