We are seeking a strategic, creative Marketing Director to lead brand growth and customer acquisition across all channels. You will oversee brand positioning, digital marketing, campaigns, PR, and partnerships, working cross-functionally to elevate RE/DONE’s presence globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Lead brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity to ensure consistency across all channels.
  • Oversee digital marketing, including website, email campaigns, paid media, SEO/SEM, and social media strategies.
  • Manage the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and wholesale channels.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Creative teams to support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and key brand initiatives.
  • Drive PR, influencer, and partnership strategies to amplify brand visibility and relevance.
  • Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights.
  • Monitor KPIs, marketing performance, and ROI to optimize spend and initiatives.
  • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
  • Manage marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and agency partners.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 7-10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong background in brand building, digital marketing, and campaign management.
  • Experience in [relevant industry, e.g., fashion, consumer goods, tech — adjust as needed].
  • Proven success driving measurable growth and delivering high-impact marketing strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Salary

$150,000 - $200,000 per year
