RDQ is seeking a People & Culture Coordinator to support and strengthen our growing team. In this role, you’ll oversee a wide range of HR responsibilities including onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, employee engagement initiatives, and day-to-day people operations. You’ll play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring our policies and processes run smoothly, and serving as a trusted resource for employees.
