Reviewing and categorize transactions for several clients
I am hiring for a bookkeeper professional to help stay organized and complete tasks that allow us to focus on more advanced responsibilities.
· Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence. Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
· Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping using our client’s software (Quickbooks Online or Xero).
· Assist with our platform hosting (keeper) and onboard new clients
· Update construction budgets via spreadsheets and assist with certificate of insurance for subcontractors.
· Assist with any research and additional projects as they arise.
· Bill pay using Bill.com for some of our clients
Familiar with Microsoft word & excel – Quickbooks Online or Xero experience a must
Attention to detail, team mentality and a positive attitude.
$20 - $25 per hour
