We are seeking a reliable Office Order Taker to manage customer orders for our food distribution company. This role involves taking orders from customers, entering them accurately into the system, and coordinating with the warehouse and delivery team to ensure timely and correct order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
- Take customer orders by phone, email, or messaging.
- Enter orders accurately into the company ordering system.
- Confirm product availability, quantities, and delivery details.
- Communicate with warehouse and delivery staff to ensure orders are prepared and shipped on time.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve order issues when needed.
Requirements
- Previous office, customer service, or order entry experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (required).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced food distribution environment.
