We’re looking for a high-performing General Manager who wants more than a job. This is a leadership role with real influence, real accountability, and real upside as we scale.

The Opportunity

As a General Manager at RASA, you will own your restaurant.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Full P&L accountability
• Driving sales and profitability
• Building, coaching, and retaining a high-performance team
• Delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Executing company initiatives at the store level
• Ensuring food safety, labor compliance, and operational excellence

This role is for someone who understands that culture drives performance and details drive margins.

What You’ll Do

• Lead day-to-day restaurant operations
• Analyze financial performance and take decisive action
• Develop staffing plans and build strong leadership bench strength
• Coach and develop managers and hourly team members
• Improve guest satisfaction and drive repeat business
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, HR, and Leadership
• Maintain compliance with all food safety and labor standards
• Contribute to annual budgets and business planning

Who You Are

• 3–5+ years of restaurant management experience (fast casual preferred)
• Proven track record of hitting sales targets and managing costs
• Strong P&L acumen
• A builder of teams, not just a scheduler of shifts
• Analytical, decisive, and accountable
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends
• Motivated by growth and long-term opportunity
