The Role


You are the bridge between the client and the team. You own the client relationship, drive the strategy, and make sure the work that ships is on point and aligned to real business outcomes. This is not a project management role - this is a strategic leadership position where you are responsible for client results, revenue projections for client launches, and team execution across multiple accounts.


You will manage the full client lifecycle from onboarding through reporting and renewal, lead a cross-functional delivery team, and set marketing direction across paid, organic, email, and launch campaigns.


What You'll Do


Client Strategy & Account Ownership

- Own 4-6 client accounts end to end - you are their primary point of contact and strategic lead

- Run the full client lifecycle (Phases 1-8): onboarding, strategy development, campaign launches, performance tracking, and reporting

- Build revenue projections, launch forecasts, and KPI targets for each account

- Lead weekly client calls and send priority breakdowns client by client

- Approve all deliverables before they go to the client - creative, copy, ads, landing pages, and video content

- Present performance reports and make strategic recommendations for next steps


Team Leadership

- Manage and direct the client delivery team (production coordinator, editors, designers, copywriters, and support staff)

- Run daily focus check-ins and hold the team accountable to deadlines and quality

- Track training progress, schedule 1:1s, onboard new team members, and lead internal knowledge transfer

- Write and enforce role clarity documents and escalation paths

- Give direct creative feedback on websites, ad copy, graphics, social content, and video edits


Production Oversight

- Oversee the production and editing pipeline across all clients using ClickUp

- Coordinate shoot logistics - locations, props, pre-production meetings, run of show

- Manage editor assignments, due dates, and revision cycles

- Bridge the gap between what the client needs and what the production team can deliver


Marketing Direction

- Set the strategic direction for paid media, organic social, email/SMS sequences, webinar strategy, and ManyChat automations

- Audit ad performance, landing page copy, and campaign results alongside the media buyer

- Track and report on CPL, ROAS, and revenue KPIs weekly


Operations & Communication

- Send Monday agency focus emails, end-of-week recaps, and post-meeting action items

- Lead the weekly agency call and Wednesday KPI review

- Celebrate team wins publicly and set the cultural tone


Events & Launches

- Plan and execute live events and conference activations (logistics, vendors, volunteers, tickets, speakers)

- Run webinar and challenge launches end to end

- Coordinate client activations at major events


What You Bring


- 3+ years managing client accounts at a marketing or creative agency

- Proven experience leading a team (not just managing tasks - actually developing people)

- Deep understanding of digital marketing: paid social, email/SMS, funnels, launches, and content strategy

- Strong strategic thinking - you can build a revenue forecast, diagnose why a campaign underperformed, and pivot quickly

- Excellent written and verbal communication - you write clear client emails, run tight calls, and give direct feedback

- Highly organized with experience using project management tools (ClickUp preferred)

- Comfortable working across platforms: Canva, HoneyBook, ManyChat, Shopify, Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace

- Self-starter who operates with minimal oversight - you don't wait to be told what to do

- High emotional intelligence - you manage client expectations and team dynamics with care but directness


Bonus Points


- Experience in production (video shoots, content creation, editing pipelines)

- Background working with expertise-led businesses, personal brands, or service-based entrepreneurs

- Comfortable with revenue accountability - you track KPIs, not just tasks

- Event planning or live activation experience


Salary

$4,500 - $6,000 per month
