Job Title: Case Manager Assistant
Salary: $17 - $19/ hourly

Degree Requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent degree required. Must have clear criminal background.
Job Purpose:
· Under the supervision of the Director, will support the daily operations of the agency.
· Assists in the implementation of agency objectives, programs, and operational support services.
Priority Tasks:
· Answering multi-line telephones, client questions, and transfers calls as appropriate. Takes messages when needed.
· Creating and updating cases in ECM making sure that all names and information therein is accurate and correct.
· Creating intake appointments, and schedules.
· Maintaining accurate records and notes of any interaction with clients via phone, email, or in person.
· Entering court orders and sending contact letters.
· Arriving at work on time to open the office.
· Bookkeeping: Prepares monthly/yearly reports of payment of services/materials rendered. Invoice other ASAP offices for fees owed. Monitors bills and requests received for reimbursement.
· Auditing: Maintain fiscal reports, inventory, general ledger, and contracts for review. Assists in preparation for the annual budget to include employee expenses, office equipment, vendor purchases, etc.
· Enrolling clients who are court ordered, pre-court volunteers, DMV administrative cases, Multiple Offender Evaluations, Multiple Offender Monitoring, Ignition Interlock Monitoring, etc.
· Updating DMV's database with enrollments, completions, and interlock information accurate and in a timely manner.
· Continuing any fiscal end of day or reconciliation of accounts assigned.
· Contacting courts and other ASAPs as needed regarding client information, court order requests, or court order correction.
· Assisting clients in person with enrollments, fee payments, and payment plans. Also provides client copies of documents receipts.
· Collecting, opening, stamping, scanning, distributing, and disbursing mail, faxes, or court orders as needed.
· Interpreting court orders, DMV compliance summaries, and driving records to ensure that correct services are provided to clients.
· Working to increase fee collections with clients and staff.
· Assisting case managers as needed.

· Pass the Commission on VASAP Certification Exam within the first 90 days of employment.
· Completing other duties as assigned.
