We are seeking professional, dependable, and customer-focused Unarmed Security Agents to help provide a safe and welcoming environment for our guests, staff, vendors, and performers. This position is responsible for maintaining security during concerts, sporting events, conventions, private functions, and special events while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a visible security presence throughout the event center.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to ensure authorized access.
• Verify tickets, credentials, and event passes as required.
• Conduct bag checks and screening procedures in accordance with venue policies.
• Patrol assigned areas on foot to identify and address safety concerns.
• Assist with crowd management and maintain orderly guest flow.
• Respond professionally to incidents, disturbances, medical emergencies, and guest complaints.
• Enforce venue policies and event rules in a respectful and professional manner.
• Assist with emergency evacuations and other emergency response procedures.
• Prepare accurate incident and activity reports.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, event staff, law enforcement, and emergency responders when necessary.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and assisting guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous security, law enforcement, military, customer service, or event staff experience preferred but not required.
• Possess a valid security license (if required by state regulations).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in stressful situations.
• Reliable transportation and a dependable work ethic.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and flexible event schedules.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to climb stairs and patrol large venue areas.
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
