Randco Tanks is a small OEM of Water Tank Systems (i.e. Water Trucks, Fire Trailers, Water Trailers, etc.). We manufacture multiple Tank Models to best serve the different applications there are, as well as a parts department that serves those customers whether they have a Randco Tank or not. We've worked hard to create a team culture that in turn feels more like a family (it helps that we are a family business) with a push for excellence as our products are sold to Local and National customers. Our team consists of Painters, Paint Prep, Fabricators, Assembly Technicians, Sales Team, Shipping/Receiving and more, so there are multiple starting points that all have the opportunity to grow into more skilled positions. Some of our common positions are Welders (MiG, Plasma Cutting, Grinding), Paint & Prep (Paint Cans, Gravity Gun, Pressure Pot, Airless System, Sanding, Grinding), and Assembly Technicians (12v Electrical, Pneumatics, Water Plumbing, Hydraulics, Mechanical work). Our main goal is for the individual to have a background in working with Carbon Steel, although knowledge of Stainless Steel and Aluminum would be advantageous. The main responsibilities of this role include Welding, Grinding, Cutting, and other related tasks for Welders/Fabricators. We primarily MIG weld, but we do TIG as well.

There are two potential placement options within our company. The first is the Tank Department, where the process of Water Truck/Tank building begins. The second is the Fabrication Department, where you will fit the Tank to the Truck, Platform, Trailer, or other means to create a complete Tank System. The specific placement will depend on your skillset and our current needs.
