Randco Tanks is a small OEM of Water Tank Systems (i.e. Water Trucks, Fire Trailers, Water Trailers, etc.). We manufacture multiple Tank Models to best serve the different applications there are, as well as a parts department that serves those customers whether they have a Randco Tank or not. We've worked hard to create a team culture that in turn feels more like a family (it helps that we are a family business) with a push for excellence as our products are sold to Local and National customers. Our team consists of Painters, Paint Prep, Fabricators, Assembly Technicians, Sales Team, Shipping/Receiving and more, so there are multiple starting points that all have the opportunity to grow into more skilled positions. Some of our common positions are Welders (MiG, Plasma Cutting, Grinding), Paint & Prep (Paint Cans, Gravity Gun, Pressure Pot, Airless System, Sanding, Grinding), and Assembly Technicians (12v Electrical, Pneumatics, Water Plumbing, Hydraulics, Mechanical work). Point person for Receiving packages (Unloading, signing off for them for shipping companies, marking them as received in our inventory system). Organizing said items to our inventory shelf or job specific location. Moving Inventory from our "Stock" to a specific job. Shipping our parts/fulfilling orders (pick, pack, ship) and shipping our any returns. Manage the inventory: Keep all locations clean, communicate if we are low on items, reflect all movement with the inventory system. Person will be cross-trained in one of our laborer postions as well.
